Job interview

Job interview

Take a deep breath – it’s time for the interview

There are very few people who like being interviewed for the job. We understand that this can be stressful so we are here for you! We will help you prepare in the best possible way (giving all information about clients’ key areas, company’s culture or any other rules and standards). If you wish, ask us to provide you with a ‘mock interview’. We’ll give you a list of questions normally asked at interview and go through them with you. We strongly advise research the company as well, so that you’ll be able to impress on the interview day.

When a day comes, we will make sure that you are able to locate the interview destination and that you know your way around the town/city where the interview will be held.

We will also check if you have all necessary ID documents with you.

Few useful interview tips:

  • It is very important to be yourself at the job interview, remember to smile at the interviewer, too.
  • Listen to each question being asked of you and if you do not understand the question, request that is re-phrased.
  • The end of the interview is the time to ask any questions that you might have about the medical facility that you’ll be working in.
  • Always thank the interviewer or interviewing team at the end of your interview.

Don’t forget, we are here to help you 24/7, so if you have questions about any stage of the Medical recruitment process, please ask us – we are only too pleased to help in any way that we can.

We always hope for good news!

Once you are offered a position, we request written confirmation of what offer includes (an offer letter). It is essential that you have this information before you make your decision. We realize that there can be things you would like to negotiate – that’s what we are for! We don’t want to put you in uncomfortable position so we are happy to speak to the Client about anything that worries you.
